Strawberry Coconut Cooler (Printable)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

→ Liquids

03 - 1 cup coconut milk, chilled
04 - 1/2 cup coconut water, chilled
05 - 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey, optional

→ Ice & Garnish

06 - 1 cup ice cubes
07 - Strawberry slices, for garnish
08 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Place strawberries, lime juice, coconut milk, coconut water, and agave syrup or honey (if using) into a blender.
02 - Blend mixture on high speed until completely smooth.
03 - Add ice cubes to the blender and continue blending until the ice is fully crushed and the mixture is frothy.
04 - Taste the cooler and adjust sweetness as desired by adding more agave syrup or honey if required. Blend briefly if added.
05 - Pour the cooler into chilled serving glasses.
06 - Garnish each glass with fresh strawberry slices and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
