02 - In a large salad bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, red onion, and bell pepper. Arrange ingredients evenly for optimal presentation.
03 - In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until fully emulsified and smooth.

# Helpful Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in literally fifteen minutes which means you can eat well without sacrificing your entire evening
  • The dressing ratio is one I finally memorized after years of tasting sad overdressed salads
02 -
  • Dress the salad right before serving because the acid starts breaking down the vegetables after about twenty minutes
  • Season your vegetables with salt and pepper before dressing them, it brings out flavors you didn't know were there
03 -
  • Keep your greens in a container with a paper towel to absorb moisture, they last twice as long
  • Make extra dressing and keep it in a jar, it stays good for weeks and encourages you to eat more vegetables
