01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, and chopped chives until evenly mixed.
03 - Flatten each piece of dough into a 3-inch circle.
04 - Place 1 tablespoon of chicken filling and 1 mozzarella ball in the center of each dough circle.
05 - Enclose filling by pinching edges of dough and gently forming each into a sealed ball. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
06 - Mix melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush mixture over the top of each dough ball.
07 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is golden brown and cooked through.
08 - Allow bombs to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, accompanied by ranch or blue cheese dip if desired.
